Community and Youth Programs
HIRO is committed to improve the lives of underserved communities, particularly youth, by providing education, skills training, knowledge and experience sharing help, inspire and raise opportunity to succeed help break the cycle of poverty in communities. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of underserved youth and their families and to create lasting positive change.
Programs:

Youth job training and mentorship program: We will offer job training and mentorship programs to help youth develop the skills needed to succeed in the workforce. We will partner with local businesses to provide internship and job opportunities.

Educational programs: We will offer tutoring and after-school programs to support underserved youth in their education. We will also provide access to college preparation resources and financial aid information.

Community engagement programs: We will develop programs to encourage volunteerism and civic engagement among underserved communities, including community clean-up projects and voter registration drives.
